This is a special mentoring program for those who have received a minimum RYT200 certificate looking for further guidance in how to teach an Ashtanga yoga class, and regular students considering doing teacher training.
You will learn the skills so you can teach a traditional Sanskrit counted class, as well as adjust and read different types of bodies and offer tools to help students grow in the practice.

About Bela Lipat
Bela is a K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI)-authorized Ashtanga teacher who has studied with the master of Ashtanga yoga, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson, Sharath Rangaswamy, in Mysore, India. She is also an ERYT500 hour level YA-certified teacher.
Bela has studied Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, Yin Yoga, and Kriya Yoga methods with different masters all over India, Nepal, and Thailand. She has also studied with Paul Dallaghan, and John and Lucy Scott. In the field of meditation, Lipat has studied Zen and Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist meditation, and has completed twelve 10-day Vipasanna meditation courses with Goenka’s assistant teachers.

Your Commitment
- Four intensive workshops, Saturdays, 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.
- Three sessions of early morning Mysore practice with your mentor from 5:00 - 6:30 a.m., and assist in that morning's Mysore class
- Assigned homework in yoga sutras and philosophy

- Three sessions of assisting in an actual Mysore class at ECHOyoga, 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. weekdays
