The Pilates for Non-Athletes Workshop is designed for people who are new to exercise or people who wish to enhance the results they produce from their current exercise program. Understanding and applying the principles of Pilates will allow you to improve your posture, enhance your muscle efficiency, speed up your metabolism and assist in weight loss while reducing fatigue and the likelihood of injury.
Facilitated by certified Pilates instructor and wellness consultant Regina De Los Reyes, the workshop will cover an introduction on how the body works, the principles of Pilates, how Pilates works, Pilates exercises for daily life and a full Pilates practice session. The workshop fee is PHP1,000. Slots are limited, so register well in advance.
